THREE ARRESTED IN FREDDIE PORTER MURDER
Police Believe Flint Trio Responsible for Man Found In Trunk of Car

Ojwjuan King, Hillery Marshall and Wesley Wilson were arraigned on Tuesday in connection with the death of Freddie Porter of Caro. Porter's body was discovered in the trunk of a car parked at Mitchell Field in Corunna on April 6th.
Michigan State Police Lt. David Kaiser said the alleged murder, which was connected to drugs, occurred in Flint. Then, the three suspects left the car and body in Corunna.
All three are being held in Genesee County on homicide/open murder, tampering with evidence in a criminal case and felony firearm. All face life in prison.
An April 25th probable cause conference has been set in Flint Court Fifth Division with Presiding Judge Pro-Tem Nathaniel C. Perry III.

Heritage Park at Corunna Dam, Nearby Houses Under Water
The Shiawassee River is a full foot above flood stage. The National Weather Service says the river crested at 8.1 feet on Thursday afternoon and should fall back below flood stage by Sunday. In the meantime, Heritage Park at the Corunna Dam is under water and nearby homes are impacted by flooding as well.
